Tradition with Technology

In today’s rapidly changing world, technology has become a bridge—linking the wisdom of our traditions with the innovation of modern life. At our NGO, we believe that true community empowerment happens when digital skills meet local knowledge.

Through our ICT Skill Up trainings, we equip youth and community members with practical technology skills—ranging from digital literacy to coding and data management—while encouraging them to use these tools to preserve culture, improve livelihoods, and solve real community challenges.

For us, technology is not about replacing tradition, but enhancing it. Whether it’s teaching farmers how to use mobile apps for weather forecasting, helping artisans market their crafts online, or training young people to tell local stories through digital media—each session becomes a meeting point between the past and the future.

Graduation of our first Cohort of the Innovation Kgotla ICT Skill Up Program - with German Embassador to Botswana, Honourable Area Councilor Hon. Mr V Moreti, Kgosi Ledimo, Mr Peter Fella Fouder and Executive Director of Innovation Kgotla the area Village Development Committee and graduates from the program.

By connecting tradition with technology, we’re not just teaching digital skills—we’re shaping a generation that values its roots while embracing the limitless opportunities of the digital age.
